The OUR Florida program provides assistance to applicants who have questions regarding rental checks. To request assistance, click the link below to complete a request form.
What You Will Need
- Your Application ID
- Your paper check or an email from OUR Florida confirming payment has been sent.
When should you fill out the form?
- You have not received a check and it’s been 15 days or more since you received an email about a payment disbursement
- If you received payment via check with an incorrect payee name
- Your check was mailed to an incorrect address
- Your landlord has changed since you applied for the program
- You no longer need assistance and received a check
