
Reconsideration Request
Applicants may present their case for reconsideration in cases of an ineligibility determination or to dispute the amount of eligible assistance within ten (10) business days of the date of program determination.
Requests for reconsideration must be submitted in writing and received within ten (10) business days of the date of notice of program determination. Upon receipt of a request, the OUR Florida Program will review documents provided and eligibility factors, including any statements made by applicant. Applicants may present their case for reconsideration (including presenting documentation, explanations, and clarifications) in cases of an ineligibility determination or to dispute the amount of eligible assistance. The OUR Florida Program will make a decision and notify applicants within ten (10) business days of receipt of a reconsideration request. The decision of the OUR Florida Program is final.
